Six weeks and the mysterious African plant seems to be thriving. She's small, but she's doing her thing as shown by her cola below. She was really bunched up and nobody was getting much light. Now, thanks to a bit of string and a few paper clips everybody can share. She's alone partitioned in one half of my closet (grow) with one TS-600 now taken full advantage of. Y'all have taught me super-cropping and it's looking good!

Week 7 and this girl continues to surprise. She spread out really well from the tie-down and she's a small bud bonanza. I can see she is definitely a long-term project though, that is if I expect to get any buds of size from her. Her cola is well formed though. Being my first photo-period plant I'm pretty happy with the results so far. Check out the pics of my African beauty.
 
I heard a shot of vitamin D whole milk is similar. does anyone know if it helps at all. does that really work?
 
Unsulfured molasses can act as a enzymatic, does carry nutritional value and is know to aid in trichome production for the most part as the carbohydrate feed the MICROBE in soil/soilless mediums producing a better end product all around.

I have not heard that vitamin D milk replaces unsulfured molasses, I have heard that peeps use it. Not really sure why, calcium? Protein? Hormones? Gmo? Steroids? Pus? IDK! Mostly heard of it as a foliage spary but can't remember off the top of my head all the bennies, WPM? Maybe.

H2o2 will kill MICROBE if used in large amounts, in small and I mean very small amounts especially above 3% h2o2 can work to break down organic matter(enzymatic) kill gnat larva. Algee.....

None of this, the molasses, really is a benefits to you OverMedicated (aka helpless) as you use Miracle-Gro which is know to rely on a chemicals base that kills the MICROBE​ life instead of supporting it.

Just my opinion.
 
I see no one else uses Miracle-Gro. That makes me think that maybe it's not a first choice? Getting ready to start a new batch (3 plants). I'm open to suggestions as I really do want to learn, and you guys are the best.
 
3Berries grows with MG and Imo has some really nice looking plants. he'd be the one to give the best advice with that product. I personally won't smoke/use MG weed products.

Alot of coco coir growers here, alot of soil growers, some hydro growers, and a few "Jack-of-all" just pick one that fits you and you'll find the groove here.

What ever you do don't jump around, pick one, read all the links off the main website (slim to none about MG) and jump in. You can grow with Miracle-Gro, not the best IMHO for weed and not used in a commercial level so that should tell you something.
 
The fact that it is not used commercially tells me something for sure. I'm seeing coco coir and perlite for drainage. But if I grow with coco coir won't the soil* be dependent upon me for all of its nutrients? That would be a big step for me... going pure as it were.
 
I agree with Mr.furley, pick one method and stick with it to get experience. I like coco because it is hydroponic, and is the least forgiving imo if something interferes with the schedule as in an unplanned absence. Been using coco/perlite and GH trio with good results.
 
ChubbNugg GH was bought years ago by SCOTT'S in the acquisition of Hawthorne so yes. Like alot of the naysayers in the past, jumping on the Cannabis bandwagon is the new thing.

I don't use GH personally but it works for a lot of people in hydro and coco. Putting aside the ethics factor, that company has always been targeted more towards the Cannabis industry, not really clear if they "fixed" GH or just continue the business model after acquiring it.

So, the milk. I have used trace amounts of whole vitamin d milk to water a wide variety of plants growing inside a nursing home. A man in a straight jacket from a psycho ward ,visiting his grandmother, tolt me about it. Well, my little Mister Wizard took over and I just had to try. In 2 weeks every plant in the building was perking up. In four weeks I had the administrator asking me to come over and fix her house plants. Around six years ago I started to learn how to collect and propagate bacteria and fungus. My homemade gut flora Bactolacillus is beyond potent. It's the most amazing life form. It's proliferated from, you guessed it, Milk.
