Throwing Shade

Here is a planting hole.

I use the tube to get water down ion roots after a good dry spell.
 
Never used one. Either looks like they can get the job done. Something that would draw attention for me. Got daily fly overs.

this thing popped out of the ground after spring was over. A seed fell out of a plant during harvest the prior year. Had a hermit, or some neighbors male. But I don't put sow seeds in the dirt.
 
dang, that's how it was in cali before I moved away. Helicopters constantly flying around. Luckily for me, having a green house or some type of green thumb is part of the suburb starter kit
 
did you train it to grow like that? I'm tellin you, I can wait to start my crop. Spring cant come soon enough!!!
 
I topped it then few was later pulled the grow tips over level with the ground. But you can them any way you want as long as you don't bend stem all at once. You can pull it over a lil more each day. I didn't water it till I knew was a female. So really it was just stunted from no water or nutes.
 
So how do you combat bud rot? From what I was reading, bud rot could occur after a hard rain or being slightly damp
 
You can train from the start. I normally let them reach 3 to 4 ft, then I start pulling them over, as they grew back to that height, I pull tops over agin , and try to spread branches out.
 
I really want to take a shot at all the different training methods. I have six seeds(all female) and I may get more. I want to see whats going to produce both quality & quantity
 
Well for size, more sun and water the better. And topping, it gives two main stems each time. YouTube Mendo Dope, check out how they use the cages to get huge round bushes.
 
Hey joe, If put my plants outside immediately after germinating, should I be good. It will be around the start of spring, so I wont have to worry about the sun being too harsh. I'm really trying to avoid acclimating my plants because I wont be available to move them around throughout the day.
 
About foot and a half, I only used it when things dried out, and water would roll off top of ground, and to get water down to the roots. I had a watering can with sprinkler tore off , I would just dump the whole jug down tube, then on to the next one.
 
Those are perfect, I thought they were like real backyard greenhouses. Those are all you need to harden plants to the sun. Something that short I could use.
