Thoughts on outside/inside growing

Hey everyone, so i have a question about growing inside but letting your plants get a few hours of natural light outside too. I know the biggest risk is probably pests but is it beneficial to use the allmighty sun lets say 2pm-6pm, so 4hrs a day? Plus the fresh co2 compared to not so well ventilated closet although i leave that room window open pretty much all day. I feel as though the sun helps me with the lower budsites idk im probably just in my head, any thoughts on this? Also my week forcast is finally starting to feel like spring another reason wanted to ask before continueing to bring them out on sunny mild days.

The sun is awesome, not a grow light in existence can compare to it, also can produce better flavor. It gives better penetration, so you really do get a little more out of those lower bud sites.

Well thats what i was thinking and have been doing when its same enviroment as there closet. But i want to know exactly is there any cons to this and the extent of damage that can be done. As well the pros like the sun and c02. Idk its like when you read things on line or in a book and its like never bring a outside plant inside or risk infecting all your plants but imma continue to do so till get more facts on it thanks for the feedback guys.

@GreenhouseEffect
Hit it on the head.

Way better lighting. Also its free just as your wind source. Yes you can get bugs but you can follow same preventitive measures to keep them at bay hust as indoors. Also like you said way better air quality as well.
