Wintered in Napa a few times with my uncle a resident of Napa. Made the rounds to San Francisco, and Berkeley. Got my political education there. Saw Howard Zinn at Dwinelle Hall. A beautiful part of the country that's a shame some has gone up in flames.

Bill Maher says, "Thoughts and prayers are opposite things". I tend to agree with that.
 
Opposite or just different? I'd say that

A little meditation sending out goodwill to the planet never hurt nobody...
