HELP! This LED light is broken right?

So i ordered a Spider Farmer SF1000 for my first indoor grow. I got it yesterday and figured let me check and make sure it works before i store it til im ready. The middle left RED LED isnt lighitng up as bright as the others. Thats not normal right?

They are infrared diodes, they are dimmer than the others.

Yea but just that 1 is dimmer than the rest. Middle left row of red leds

I run SF 2000 and 4000. All the red LEDs are the same brightness.

Ok just saw the middle of the board. Yep you need to replace it.
