Wow... stem rot huh?? I super crop my big girls since I only have 6 foot tent An withlight all the way up, my big girls still grow into light... so i crush an bend my tops an as they make knuckles on stem i work my way down until it's perfect height... but never had stem rot that sounds like it sucks.. what could you do??
Yeah I crop mine all the time . And some nice size splits in on branches . They heal up like nothing happened and continue on growing . Stem rot would definitely suck. I wonder where he got This diagnosis of stem rot from . Cause from the pics I looked at vs these ones here . I’m not seeing anything that looks like stem rot
a fella from thcfarmer mentioned the root crown stem rott, and shared a video on it, which showed some signs of what i was dealing with, after more investigation (checking the base of the stem in the net pot) im not exactly sure this is the case, tho two plants do show some blackish on the root crown, im thinking more along the lines of this strain couldnt handle the aggresive nutrient formula as (i forget who due to too much information being pumped into my head in a short time frame) mentioned above. i recycle my dwc water to my outside veggitable garden, and the water recycled off the 2 with the blackness has basically killed 3 tomato plants in 3 days. at this point im waiting and watching to see what happens, if gets worse ill cut these 3 and go for a fresh start. but im hopeing to at least watch this a lil longer to obtain some more information on the situation to maybe pass on to the next in this delima, "Ones failure can always be turned into a form of success in knowledge to others" *I do thank everyone immensely for the time they have taken on this issue*
