Hi i was just wondering how much water your plants drink I am 7 weeks into my grow my 2 plants drink 5 gallons a week right now in rdwc I am really interested in non hydro grows but would like to also know about your hydro system
 
My recent coco grow I think I got to a max of about 3.2L of water consumed by one plant or evaporated in one day which is about 22.4L / 5.9Gal a week.
I had 3 plants in 3.5gal black plastic pots
 
all up I used 637L of water for a 71 day grow.

about 60-191L (10-30%) was runoff

so that leaves about 446-577L (118-152gal) that was evaporated or consumed by 3 plants in 71 Days
 
Howdy abadtrip, my current grow is in it's 7th week (4th week of bloom) with three plants in each 10 gallon reservoir (use capacity of six gallons). They have been using a total of 2 1/2 to 3 gallons per week, per reservoir. The last grow got up to four gallons per week for only one plant per reservoir. My grow space temperatures range from 68°-72°F at night and 80°-85°F during the day time. The humidity stays around 40%-55%.

hey abadtrip. boy have had a couple of those lol so I grow in coco and i'm not conventional . I water my girls on a 3/4 day schedule .that means I give them enough water to last only 3 or 4 days this way I can use nute every other watering and still maintain the nute feeding schedule . I mix in a 5 gallon bucket filled to the rim so about 6 gallons to water 4 plants in bloom I usually have left over about 1.5 to 2 gallons of water left so that translates to 1 gallon per plant every 3/4 days with no or very little run off. I do use a moister meter to test with before I water. oh and whats left over goes out to the garden for veggies I don.t save it for the next watering
