Thin, Narrow, Curled leaves problem, help please!

My grow (hydro) is in it's fourth week of bloom and they are developing long thin single leaves around the bud sites. I may be wrong, but, I think that they may be the first of the sugar leaves. (?) Your plants look very healthy, over all, to me.
