That's a tough one. I had a GSC that did that for a reason I never found. My thoughts are check your temperature, if that is good try moving it to the corner so the light is not so direct. If these ideas don't work try giving it a good soaking. Sometimes the roots branch out to the edge of your cloth pots and dry out to I quickly. I would like to know how it turns out. Good luck
Like he said above. If it's still moist near the center just give it a watering but just around the outer outer edge of the pot. It looks underwatered, I just watered a plant I abused by skipping a weeks worth of watering, lookd the same and sprung back within hours. If you water you will find out quickly if that was the problem or not.
Simple test: Place both hands on the straps on your grow bags and lift the plant off of the ground.
Does it feel light or does it feel like your trying to lift 3 gals of water?
I suspect you may find a problem somewhere.
