The plant sprouted and I'm wondering what to do next

Hello! I was away for 2 days and i just left the light on the whole time (19w CFL) It hasnt been watered at all in that time or been given any nutrients other than a root nutrient i mixed into the soil before planting. I moved the light closer today. I'm wondering at what point to move the plant under a stronger light and 20/4 veg cycle lighting?
And guidelines for nutrients/ amount of water at this life stage of the plant? Any information is appreciated thank you ! ✌

everything looks perfect, you did great bringing the light closer, for now dont water until you see the soil dry and the cup is light when you pick it up, little water at the time, dont give any nutrients for now, wait until a few leaves and nodes are established
