So the other day I had mixed the nutes for my res and then filled the res ,I took an EC reading and it was perfect at 950 then the next day I took another reading same nutrient solution it went up to 3500 WTF , I cleaned the ec meter calibrated it several times to no avail. then I took it to local hydro and had them cali. it same thing so I bought a new one and damn it if it doesn't read the same so it turns out that it had been reading low since I have been using the res., I flushed everything then started over .I will have to come up with new recipes for the nutrient solution no wonder I had 2 plants wilt up and die

in the first picture you can see where one of the girls half died ,half the plant died and the other half is fine odd ,anyways I snipped the dead stems from the plant so she will still grow, still working out the new recipe for my nutrients

so if you were on my street yesterday afternoon you would of heard someone swearing to beat the band ,I pulled a read stupid move ,The bloom room just started 7 weeks so I wanted to change one of my bulbs with a 10,000 finishing bulb so I waited till lights out . the only cloth I had handy was a pre filter for a can ,nice and soft should work right it melted all over the bulb I was taking out I tried to wipe it off while the bulb was still nope ,I will try and scrape it off with a razor but I think its done.
Then to put the icing on the cake my grand daughter said someone hit my truck sure enough my tail light was busted ,They did it while backing up from the sign so I think it was the guy across the street if I can find out for sure ,i'm going to drill a small hole right above his head the day before a storm , but unlike him i'll leave a note so he knows who did it mother Fxxker. Thats why I hate parking up front ,not as much as I hate carrying stuff up 2 flights of stairs instead of one lol

I was trimming and lst ing the LL and I thought I saw a pistil but nope it was on an auto lol ,They should show in the next two weeks , While I was doing this I ran out of hooks to hold them down all I had for electric wire was 12 /2 not using that so I found these Floral wires way to small to use by themselves but if I wound them together grabbed my trusty safety wire pliers and in 15 minutes I had enough to finish the best part is there are thousands of these things

Looking great love the ties good thinking lol. If don't mind me asking what's the mass laws are u free to grow what u want or are their restritions. On above ya in vt I'm trying to stay in the limits inside outside can't help but to put a few extra out

its 6 plants per person so I can have 12 ,I have 8 in the bloom room and then some autos thats assuming they only count plants in bloom if its all plants then im screwed lol This outdoor season I'm breaking down and putting in a fenced area and I plan on having some very big plants in that area lol

oldjarhead100 You are one lucky man to be able to grow legally, that is truly a blessing.
Maybe one day, I'll know how it feels, it must be nice though.

As I was getting up this morn at 4 my wife sleepily says dont go on the computer so I knew the Pats game was going to be a nail biter but holy cow what a game now I have to get dressed (really dressed) to check the chickens its minus 2 with a high of 2 Yikes hope the cellar stayed warm enough

this old house built around 1820 does not like cold windy days .I like to fill my boiler by hand it gives me a chance to check it out ,normally I fill it every couple of days Sunday into Monday I filled it 5 times ,2 degrees is hard to keep up with lol we are in week eight in the bloom room I hope it doesn't go 11 or 12 lol it maintained a balmy 62 in cellar

oldjarhead100 Better not ever forget to fill that sucker. And you probably should instruct the wifey on how to fill in the event you should take ill. Those fricken plumbers get mighty expensive. I had to change out the pressure regulator on my boiler, and saved a helluva lot of money. Even after having to buy a high intensity torch and map gas i must have saved a fortune. Thanks Starramus .I installed this one the last one a old bell shaped monstrosity I had to use a come along to get it outside what a nightmare , Everyone in the house knows how to fill the boiler lol and as soon as its not 2% with a hard wind one fill lasts two or three days , I would much rather install a new forced hot water system with split zones so my sister can adjust her appt. temp we shall see

Today is the end of week 8 they looked clear to cloudy so maybe another week ,Has anyone ever used molasses in a res I want to but worried it might clog it up

I haven't used molasses; why would it clog it up? It will just infuse into the water...

well if you dump it into a 5 gallon bucket you have to stir and stir to get it to dissolve so just wondering lol

I have 11 Limpin Louies going from regular seeds I took a whole plant picture then one of the things that tell the sex lol think I have 8 definite females and 3 that are to small to tell .
