HELP! Temperature control

So I just upgraded my light and exhaust system I have http://www.vivosun.com/4-inline-duct-fan-with-4-carbon-filter-odor-control.html for my exhaust and I have a 315 LEC light. I have had the tent 2x4x5 running with t5 lights at about 80 degrees without any ventalation. After installing the light and vents I am now hitting 100. I can not vent to the outside as it's now winter and my apartment building doesn't like growing. I can keep the window open but. That's it. The room as is it is usually about 68 ish degrees but the tent just keeps getting hotter. I don't have a ton of room to be able to add more on the floor of the tent. I will add a full picture of my set up in a few hours because maybe I just need to move and adjust my venting.. but in the mean time any thoughts..

Ok so I have a 315 in a 2 x 4 x 5 with a 4 inch fan filter I vent back into the room the tent is in. The room temp is 68 70 and at night because it' my bedroom with 2 bodies it gets into the high 70s. The biggest thing to get the temp down is to get the air moving inside your tent. Lots of it I use a 12 in desk fan mounted upside down in he top of the tent. It' pointed at the bottom of the light as to immediately disperse the heat coming from the bulb. This keeps the tent in the mid to high 70s.

So, venting was a part of my initial plan that is why I bought the fan and filter that I did the venting to the outside is not an option for me at this time when I move I believe I should be good however now it is not. Going back to the room being 68is degrees and still saying around there with the venting I assumed I should be okay. I am going to try moving the ducting some as it dose have a slight bend but it still could be cutting down on the amount of air movement. And pointing to my post I was asking for thoughts on how to better vent my space with not being able to vent outside..

I didn't think of the fan at the top to help move more air I have a fan I can use to do just that and looking at your setup I think I can also turn my light like yours and make better use of the space.

Evening 2017, I sure hope you get your heat down, I've got a fan hanging from the roof of my tent just like Abadtrip says an I've got a tower fan inside the tent , and inside at the hottest part of the day it hasn't gotten over 83 degrees. If you still can't get the temp down, there might be a problem with the light, and i sure hate to say that, but man what else, I know one thing they sure are super bright, an my plant is growing like crazy under it. Good Luck Boco I sure hope you get your temps taken care of.

I think I may have won on my battle with the temps I'm going to let it run for another half hour to hour fully closed up but I moved things around some I repositioned my light and filler and added a fan to the top and just doing that with the tent all open it dropped really fast to about 77 in a matter of minutes. Hopefully all buttoned up I can hot and stay around 75

I am truly Hoping so! I really appreciate your help and input Because this is my first grow so I'm expecting to make mistakes at most turns but I want to dial it in so I can hit bubble ponics a go on my next grow but I wanted to try soil fist because I hear it's more forgiving and I only need to get my tent dialed in quickly while my plants grow. My ice plant (the clone) and my indica mystery bag seed is kinda catching up under the new light. My seedling is showing female so I'm really happy about that the seedling I have extremely low hopes for as I got it in a but that was packed with seeds from a dispo but the buds weren't to great just wanted to use the crap seed Incase I screwed up big haha.

So far not as cool as I was hoping but now I'm down to around 83 degrees (I would have hit 100 by now before)I so alot closer to where I want to be. I just watered them as they were drying out a bit but I am much happier with how this ended up I'm going to try and make a few tweaks to get the temp down into the 70's but I am much more relaxed now.
