How do you reference another person by their handle? "@username" text turns blue like a link.

I have tried to copy and paste. And tried typing it in manually. And it doesn't work.

I'm using an android phone if that matters.

2nd question. How do you delete your own post? I know how to edit my post, but not delete it entirely.

I'm sure some of you more tech. savy folks will have an answer!

I think it worked? Did it turn blue on your end? Did you get a notification like " you were mentioned by name in a post?"

Now I just need to figure out how to delete my own post in case I post something totally stupid. (Which I definitely do occasionally)!
 
I think it is called tagging Mollisol

I am also using an Android. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Posts can't always be deleted depending on the rules set by the administrator.

Click on 'edit' at the bottom of your post. Once your post appear in the edit box you have three options from memory, 'Cancel', 'Delete' & 'Save'

Click on delete and confirm this in the pop-up
 
It doesn't always turn blue for me when I first type the handle, nor give suggestions in a drop-down menu, but it hasn't failed to tag after the post is made. Spelling obviously matters, but not case.

I haven't figured out how to delete posts yet. I sure would like to.
