Tangerine not looking so good

Hey all, got the young ones transplanted today. Lower humidity help from mini humidifier, roots looked healthy and not crowded in solo cup. The tangerine is behind in growth and has yellow places on two leaves. Any clue as to what is happening? All three grown together and watered the same. Do the other two look alright. Nervous since this my first grow. Thank you for any input you can give.

Sometimes theres one that just has to fuss. It does not look bad sure a tad of tip disscoloration just keep doing what you doing no feedings just water nice easy lighting she'll be fine. They all look good.

Solo cup mix happy frog, peat, perlite
Mars hydro ts 1000 set at 50%. 18 “
Ph 6.48
Given an ounce of water every two- three days, increased slightly as they grow
Temp 79-81*
Humidity on the dry side 29-41% RH using a mini humidifier to help
No nutrients yet

And bugs! look to the under side of the leaves with a 30x zoom lens for bugs, just to make sure this is not an issue.
