Taking her sweet time to mature???

Ok, 2 plants. Sprouted same time. Grew equally all the way to end of flowering. Harvested one 4 days ago. Her sister is taking her sweet time. Leaves are running out of green. Pistils are mostly white. Did a quick trichome check, and like hardly any amber. Anyone have 2 plants have 2 extreme diffentials in pistils and trichomes maturing?
