Steephill labs just put out an article and found that 84% of the cannabis tested contained residual pesticides. 65% of all samples contained high levels of myclobutanil which is a "safe" chemical for eating. But when heated, it turns into Hydrogen Cyanide, which is recognized as a potential weaponized chemical. Needless to say it's nasty shit...

I'm on the fence about this because you would think there would be reports of people getting sick.

I figured its halloween so I might as well see if I can scare anyone.

Karlee, that is true. But knowingly smoking it and filling our lungs are bodies with it, too me that is different. Of course, for cigarette smokers, what the hell, makes no difference really.

"I'm on the fence about this because you would think there would be reports of people getting sick." Ever think that's because the Cannabis cured them of any negative effects?

I did consider that. Cyanide sounds lethal to me but maybe trace amounts are absorbed and filtered. Won't know for sure until 20 years later when half of NorCal develops lung cancer....

I certainly hope this isn't the case.

Rick Simpson originally used naphtha to extract his famous oil. He introduced the theory to me that the benefits outweigh the negatives.

Good call DKN. You got me thinking on it more...

Look at what agent Orange is doing to all the Vietnam vets! I know it was an herbicide, but it took quite awhile to become apparent in me!
