SOIL Super soil or biotabs?

Greetings,

I was reading the Mephisto's grow guide and a question came up, if using a raised method, half biobizz hardmix on bottom and light mix on top is it still necessary to use biotabs for nutrients or the hardmix has everything necessary for the entire life of an autoflower?
