Super cropping

Would it be ok if I do a little super cropping after I've swapped to 12/12 cycle. I'm just about 2 weeks into flowering stage. Only reason is plants are getting pretty tall any advice

rub the stem until it gets a little soft and bend gently if you trim now you will be cutting bud sites. you can buy those little pull down thing or hang some weight off of the top of the plant and let gravity do its thing.most strains will bend fairly easy gorilla glue not so much it just snaps but even if it breaks a little (like a green branch how it snaps on one side but not all the way though) or splits at the main trunk (tape it up quickly) it will recover from them
