Super Cropping

Ok. So I tried super Cropping for the first time. My plant seemed to be growing excatly how I wanted it So i never considered that or any LST technique before. But for the sake of experiment I tired anyway. My problem is that I'm not sure I did it right.
The chosen branch is now bent and kinked it continues it's growth because the tip now bends upward in the opposite direction from the bend. But when it's bent the area is brown and it bend itself, I'll save it's about 40°.
It worried me that perhaps I bend it too much and nutrients aren't flowing properly but like I said it's still growing.
Eventually I decided to prop it back up in it's original position.
Will it recover ?
Or is there always gonna be that kink with a brown spot?
Can send pics if necessary.

Why did you do that? It's suppose to do that with the super cropping. Yes gets a tad of brown knuckle you need to read and see others who do this all the time. Be brave.

My iPad is dead sorry to the crappy pics.
thats after I tried propping it back.
Should I take it out and leave it hanging?
