Super croping/manifold

Is it okay to super crop a plant which I'm planning to manifold? Is that too much stress on a plant?

Don’t do both at the same instance in time. If you attempt to manifold first, then super crop the branches later on... that would be ok.
If you super crop first off, your manifold may not come out right.
Any reason you want to do them both? I typically let the plant tell me when (and if) to bend her branches.

hey Forest I think you may have gotten the wrong scoop on super cropping read the tutorials on gwe they will help alot

I totally agree with Toker. I had to supercrop on my last grow because the colas got too close to the lights; so that was when the plants let me know they needed horizontal training.
