HELP! Sunburn?

Hey guys!

Are these sunburns or something else? Also, the black dot with the black stripe in between the leaf, could that be some kind of pest or something?

edit: noticed now that more of the leaves has that black stripe in between, what is that? Pest, mold?

I had a plant a few weeks ago do the same thing. I drained about 8 gallons of water thru the plant in the bathtub. and it hasnt showed a sign like that since
