Sudden leaf color change

Hey smart happy people,
Have a question....can flowering T5 bulbs cause the top leaves of the bud to turn purple? Very weird. It started happening after I changed over to flowering. Still looks healthy, just can't figure out what's going on with it.

I am not aware of this happening just because of the type of light being swapped. It is somewhat normal for some strains to turn purplish when they start to bloom and especially when they are close to the end.

T5 won't do that to my knowledge,.
Are you using cal-mag? If not, perhaps a couple doses will help with the purple. If it is the strain however, then rock on.

A lot of the time purple buds are completely normal, but sometimes it can also be a sign of a deficiency or light stress. Is it possible to post a picture if your plant in natural lighting so we can take a look?
