NebulaHaze isn't buying with a credit card not recommended if you live in a state where it's not legal? Should I just pay by cash..? Can i get arrested or investigated for buying seeds?

Kyle, I have yet to order from the same place twice. Today I bought prop 64 bag seed. The order in the op is from True North Seed Bank in Canada. I received a fraud alert due to the order. I will clear this up via phone when I get around to it ( in the am) I anticipate no issue with this. I live in a legal state. I'll be ordering even more seeds, probably from the UK, this month as well.
I'll post that stuff also. Sorry this took so long.

No, it's incredibly unlikely you would get investigated even if the seeds get caught by customs. Customs doesn't have a system to do anything but toss forbidden goods and send you a letter with everything else but the seeds. At least, that's what's happened to me and everyone I've ever known whose gotten their seeds confiscated over the last decade or so. I always use my personal credit card. The cool thing about a credit card is it's easier to charge back if you run into a problem, while the bank is more likely to give you a problem getting a charge reversed on your debit card.
