Stunted autos?

These are on day 45, assuming i went 12 weeeks would these have time to bud correctly? Small chance these could be photos. As my first grow i really wouldnt know difference but some thing doesnt feeel right. Maybe i stunted them to much?

On the first pic it's hard to tell but it kind of looks like a cluster of balls. Which would make it a male. Do you know what the seeds are ??

Assuming their females ? I would check my runoff pH make sure everything is good on the root side, if they're Autos I really wouldn't worry my last Lemon Haze is 103 days they started off really slow wound up three of them over 5 ft tall give them time patience goes a long way. ☮️
