Struggles with seeds

Lots of people use that without issues.

Your light intensity could be a problem. The harder you push with light intensity the more nutrient problems will raise their head.

I've substituted calcium nitrate for calcium carbonate now I'm N deficient so somewhere I between seems about right

Thanks for the feedback. I'm keeping an eye on it now that I backed off the light intensity. I guess let's see where it goes from here.

Yes. Use DLI. You will find most auto plants cannot take more than 40 to 45 DLI but that is at their peak. You will adjust up throughout the grow then taper off a bit at the end of the grow so as to minimise stress and give your buds the best care, best not to stress them with light at that stage.

Your first grow you will find there is a lot to manage and plan and mistakes will be made but you'll learn heaps and grow some wicked dope.

Oh. Forgot to mention, most Cal deficiencies are caused by too low pH in the coco so raise your pH a bit if you are still in range.

So.... are dehumidifiers worthy? I'm teetering on 60-62% RH daily over certain times and with such a small tent, it's tough to control with tight space and plants dwarfing the space. I'm just wondering if I should invest in dehumid to bring the RH down.. or if I should be worried about it. There's plenty of air movement and intake of clean air, but I think with that much plant in such a small space, it's difficult to bring down RH.

Yes, they are not only worth it but without one I could not take an indoor grow to harvest without mould destroying my flowers.
You should have a read of the GWE website on this subject.

If your space doesn't get any higher RH than that I think you're okay but it also depends on your location and how dry or humid it gets around this time. As long as you can keep it between 60% - 50% you should be good. A little higher is fine. Temperature is what I put more emphasis on when I'm dialing in environment. low 80's in veg tapering down to mid 70's towards the end of harvest.

Your plants will be the largest and drinking the most when you most need to keep RH down..they will be putting lots of moisture into the air. Just be mindful of that moving forwards.

My RH never gets higher than 60-62%. Even if I really do nothing or don't have fans pulling in air. My normal RH in the grow room is between 40-50%. Whenever I have more fans on pulling in air to reduce RH in the tent, the temp also tends to drop.. sometimes into low 70s. Avg temp in the tent now is around 75.

I would set my T3 to 55% and let her do her thing monitoring the tent. If it goes higher it'll do nothing. If it falls below it'll top off the tent enviro so that your plants stay in that zone. I would also try and raise the temp in the tent to around 80°. I find this tends to keep leaf temperature at around 77° - 78° which is where you want them for most efficient photosynthesis and will lower the RH in the tent down into the range you want.

Welp, it's harvest day! DAY #88 (from sprout)
I forgot to get more pics before harvesting, but I wanted to close the loop on this thread and I just wanted to thank everyone who commented and gave me help along the way. I appreciate all of you. This was the first (and I think only) auto that I've done. All the other grows I've done have been photos and I think I will be going back to photos. For one, I have a bunch of photo seeds in my stash and second, I prefer the control. With such a small tent (24x24x48), I was struggling to keep the plants from touching the light. Overall, I'm happy with the grow. Once I have yield weight, I'll re-port.

Question about drying/curing. How much airflow do I need in the tent? Also, temp and humidity. I have 73F and 57% RH pretty constant. This seems like a sweet spot for me and not worth humidifying or dropping temp. Thoughts?

Again... THANK YOU to everyone for the help.

73 is a fraction higher than ideal but your RH is higher too so should be fine.

A minuscule amount if airflow. If you see the hanging buds move even a little that's enough. Just air movement is all you want.

Your buds look good hey. You'll get a good yield

Edit. If your temps rise above 75 you are risking mold with every little increase
