Check the box and see if it lits the power output of the device. That will tell you what the wattage is.

If those #s are right, then it's doubtful they did that damage unless they were touching them. 77-79° should be fine too. Root problems or something else but not light stress at 3 1/2 feet at 25 watts. pH at 6.2 going into ocean forest soil is kinda low. OF used to give me fits with pH. I had to add lime and run pH at 6.5-6.7 just to get my runoff above 6.

It's just that in my experience that size and style of light is usually around 100w.
Just an FYI for you but to properly size a light to a tent you want to take the square footage of the tent and multiply it by 30. For example, 2 x 2 tent would have 4 sq/ft x 30 = 120w light.

Something is not right about those #'s for sure, I think you could get more PPFD and DLI from an LED light bulb or flash light.
What does the PPFD map show those lights putting out and at what height? If they dont post the PPFD map or if they say its good for flower but show a PPFD of 300 in the corners of your grow area foot print or less dont buy them. LED sales people are lower than politicians in my book. Dont take it to heart, I have shelves of LED's that didnt perform

There should be a placard right on the light, to show actual watts drawn. If not it's probably not a safe light to use anyway.

Any update on the plant? Is she recovering, or getting worse? What have you done to fix her?

Complete lack of light under half that needed is going to cause serious issues and the plant will die, if the ops PPFD figures are correct.
I haven't experienced that issue before to a whole plant, only part of a plant, but still haven't seen this severe taco'ing there, just necrosis.

It's basically the same. I cut out two lights, which probably isn't the problem because each light is around 100 watts. I set it outside of the tent for a couple of days. I added cal mag to my nutes. I am patiently waiting to see if it gets better. I use Fox Farm soil and nutes. I'm thinking about a flush but it's in the same soil as the other plants. On the final transplant I added a combined 10% coco coir, perlite and horse manure mixture to the Fox Farm soil.

I've never seen a plant taco quite like that before! All the other plants look perfect, which makes me wonder if it's something about this particular plant, like its genetics or some kind of mutation? It's extra weird because even the taco leaves still look green.When it's environmental stress, I feel like the leaves often turn brown, especially after several days of being tacos.
Just curious, is it still growing new leaves and getting taller? Or is it just kinda staying the same?

Were you ever able to confirm the power being used by the grow lights? If it's not on the box, you can always buy a cheap "Kill A Watt meter" for $10, which lets you test exactly how much wattage is being used. You can also get one at Home Depot. It might be helpful to know exactly how much wattage the lights are using.
Edit: I just realized you just said they were 100W. Was that for one light or for all of them combined?
