HELP! Strange spots on leafs of my afgan hashplant

Found this strange splochy marks on the baby hash plant today. Is in promix with foxfarms mixed in. Full set of advanced nutes. Just started the manifold a couple days ago and now one of them has these marks. Any idea?

I think it may just be splash marks from watering.

I'm with Rwise looks like something might be sucking the juices out of them. Another possibility could be bleaching from your lights

Use a jeweler's loupe and check the under sides of the damaged leaves for critters.
