That does look unusual! What strain is it? Have any more come up like that?

It looks like it may be a ducks foot breed

It's brains escape from kc brain and no just one other was huge from sprout but looks normal

I had one on my last grow that had a big 3rd leaf coming up out of the center. It looked like Cameron Diaz in that movie w/the wacked up hair...
