I hvs a very odd looking plant, nothing like I have seen before. From a seed high in CBD. (hemp? maybe) Don't know when to harvest. Anyone seen anything like this? Very different from my other plants.

Kinda looks like dr.grinspoon but I would bet it's having some light issues. Maybe too long light period, maybe revegin, maybe just the heat. Very shitty structure, you could use it to make concentrates or edibles or tinctures. But it's going to be a pain in the ass to trim and grind up to smoke

Boy that is a novilty for sure. I've seen many foxtails but never like this whole plant. I don't know how i'd use that other than making butter but i'm just unsure. Strange one :nah:

It's the Dr grinspoon bud structure. Could be entirely genetic or could be a variety of issues, but definitely with a genetic component. Not many strains do that no matter how much stress, it's a very old school sativa trait that's almost no longer around because we've been breeding it out of the strains

Yeah I've had autos do this from reputable breeders. It happens once in a blue moon. Just luck of the draw. They will never fill out but the bud is still awesome. Had a mango smile from mephisto do this and that shit would floor you. Friends loved it.

Last had this outdoors about 5 or 6 years ago with high temps that year. I thought they were mutant males but were female. The tallest only grew to about 4 foot and another around 3 foot. I didn't treat them great once they went like that and it wasn't pleasant to smoke..very harsh. I did get one to produce seed but I never popped them. I still have those seeds somewhere but in no hurry to reproduce that.

Help.Is it good to stop watering your plants close to harvest? Or will the plants, buds, get bigger and continue to grow with watering?

I stop watering them about 2 to 4 days or so before harvest. I grow in coco.

Bit of research looking into that at the moment re terpine retention etc

Will be interested to see what they find.

Old thread! IF you give them to much water you can get root rot. If the soil is dry I water, unless I will harvest that day.
