Strange leaf

First time growing and noticed a leaf growing off one of the fan leaves on one of my og kush plants. Just curious if anyone may know what would cause it. Thought it was interesting and would share. Plant is in a greenhouse in a 5 gallon fabric pot with soil.

I would be more concerned with the white spots, use a 30x zoom lens and inspect for bugs (spidermites)

I have seen those crop up on a couple of grows, one even looked like a little bud on it. I have also seen those spots and the usually mean a spider mite infestation, but I could not see any webs so not sure.

No bugs, been checking really closely twice a day. The spots are from some water that leaked through the greenhouse vent during a heavy storm and got on the leaves.
