Curious, so was your plant polyploid? It appears so with that double stem. Any other abnormalities showing? I have a polyploid flowering now myself and have had a few similar looking leaves as well, also a double top bud. Any new pics?
That was the only strange leaf but is was all for not. It turned out to be male so I had to kill it. Bummer! All 3 mystery seeds I started turned out male so I hope the other 7 are female? I am waiting to get a couple grows under my belt before I go with my White Widow seeds I have. Made a few mistakes and have learned a ton on here so can't wait.
Shame about it being a male. I'm currently nurturing along a mutant polyploid girl. Has a double top bud on one stem and double the leaves and odd shape, "fat head" (g) cola on the opposing stem. The plant is in the front in this picture, double bud on left and oddball top on the far right.
All the best
(in week 6 1/2 of flowering)
Very nice! Because 3 of the 4 plants I had flowering turned out to be male I moved one back in that I had taken I out early. I really messed this poor girl up. I had it flowering for amost 2 weeks when I ran out of space. Then once the boys showed I moved it back. Unfortunately I topped it so it didn't have a nice top cola. But to my surprise I now have 2 flowers growing on top as you can kinda of see in the pic. They are starting to go separate ways now. My OG kush has a nice cola at just over 5 weeks now. I figure the double bud is about 4 weeks in? It took a couple extra weeks to flower because I messed it up. I must say though I am having fun learning and my closet is coming along nicely for when this is done.
Without great members like yourself I would be still in the dark and have no clue. This is by far the best site on the web! Great job folks!
Interesting. Polyploid plants are far more common then one would think. I also read that they can't be pollinated by a "normal" plant..I could see that as a nice benefit. After a few toppings(3- I believe) My plant only grew to be about 16" tall, I could see that as a benefit as well.

As a side note question, can you tell me how you got your grow information entered at the bottom of your posts? I've kind of looked in my profile to find where one enters that data, but haven't had any luck.
TIA
