Looks good to me give her some silica and a root growing solution like voodoo juice and she will thicken up but don't give her to much shes a baby lol
a couple of things I'm going to share because your knew at this in your picture right above the round leafs shes got growth shoots .those shoots are what you want when you top,the next node up has much smaller ones if you top at a node like that it will slow your plant a week or two so let her get about 6 nodes then pick one with good growth usually the 3rd and she will never even slow down
This is probably just me but at the top of the plant on the left side just above the fan leaf this looks like a afid so be on the look out for more ,it could be anything so just check it out and even if it is its not a worry just something else to deal with lol
