Starting with Coco, tips, please……

I am starting over and have some seeds sprouting. I will move them solo cups with coco when they look ready and I have a couple questions:
Should I mix perlite into the coco, and what ratio if so?
When do I add cal mag into the picture?
And when would I add the other nutrients?
I have Advanced Nutrients-micro, grow and bloom, and sensi cal mag extra.

Yes, 70/30, all the time, on schedule.
