At what point do i fertigate at full volume (10-20% runoff)?
Today i gave ~250mls of 2/3 stregth nutes to each plant watering around each seedling.

Also, current conditions in the tent are 26.8 celcius (80.2 f)@57% humidity. I shut off my exhaust fan because even with wet hanging towels and my humidifier, the humidity won't go over 40%
Is that too warm?

Your heat and humidity is fine. Pictures always help but if you could elaborate on plant size,age, and pot size, could give you the best answer.
 
Very young small plant in a large pot will need some time to grow a big root system.

My general rule is that the root are as wide as the diameter of the leaf system.
as the plants leaves got wider so does my Circle.
go light on nutrient, some seedling don't need much for the first 1-2weeks and alternate plain pH water.
Depending on how fast they grow it'll probably be a week or two before you need to water to run off.

when I water a seedling in a big pot I give just what I would if they were in a 1 gallon pot and thats between a half cup and a full cup I water just outside the leafs ,so that the roots have to grow also when I start seedling I mix up a 5 gallon bucket with 1/4 strength grow and full strength Voodoo juice , then the next batch is a little stronger and so on
 
Thanks. Ill slowly work up to the recommended 1ml/litre recommended for seedlings increasing the volume as well.
Once it has 3 sets of serrated leaves, is that about when i should fertigate the full pot to runoff?
