staggering grow lights during flower

I lost my sense of time and germinated too early in my veg room.

Soil grow.

I have 5 plants in their 6 week of flower under 2-600W HID bulbs.

I have 10 in veg that are ready to go into the flower room. These 10 plants are in a 80cmx80cm grow tent, 2 CFL bulbs, doing very well.

Do I rig something in the flower room so that the 10 plants reach the existing canopy? Do I let them sit for two weeks in veg? Or can I stagger one of the HID lights, lowering it to the new plants canopy height?

I want to stagger the lights but, I have never done this or rather, had this problem.

I have this 'problem" with running a Perpetual grow and I have found it easier to raise and lower plants than to fight my lights to keep an even canopy.

I do understand "fight my lights"! I will try to come up with some sort of pedestal for each plant. I have been running a perpetual grow now for 9 months and I just lost track of my pace.

i would top the vegger's again . if you can fit the 5 u got now under 1 light , thats cool too. crates and upside down pots make handy plant stands.
