Spots

Does anybody know what these spots are? Sour diesel, 3 wks into flower. Under HPS light and in soil inside. Spots are brittle. Only the one plant out of 4.

Looks like fungus gnats to me. Could also be wind burn.

To me it kinda looks like sulfur toxicity but more symptoms are require to determine for sure. Do you use tap/well water?
