HELP! Spots, yellow leaves.

I missed a day, day and a half of watering and I'm running into a problem. Leaves are full on yellow with spots.
Help appreciated.

I do not water every day (cept outside in the hot dry sunshine), the girls do like their feet to dry up a bit between getting them wet.
Whats the PH as what I see relates to root issues. Also details on everything else.
