Budler, It's your lower leaves, right? It looks like pH problems to me. Perhaps if you flush your plant thoroughly and then let the pH range a little wider, between 6-7 for a soil grow.

Check out that page. You will see a chart of which nutes absorb at which pH level. If your pH isn't ranging up and down, your plants aren't able to absorb all nutes, and then you start getting symptoms.
 
Drop the PH to 5.5....then let it swing back to 6.5 over a few days period of time before you adjust again. Adjustments should only be made twice per week or so. Don’t chase PH...it really needs to fluctuate between these two metrics in order to grow healthy.
