Spots on leaves, something wrong

Hi everyone! I'm growing first time: Nirvana's auto blue mystic, temp 28-30 C°, hum 50-60%. Light 20/4. Watering every second day 1000ml+1ml root power. A few days ago i used neem oil. What can cause spots on the leaves? I guess overwatering or ph fluctuation, but i don't know really. What do you think what can it be?

Probably the name oil you sprayed on them could have burnt the leaves a bit.
