Is it just the one leaf? Looks like you dropped something on it, doesn't look like anything I've seen before is why I think it is a drip

Howdy FarmerChuck, I agree with MeEasy and PLreef, but it could also be a viral or fungal growth. Keep a close watch on the leaves that have it, or prune the affected leaves from the plants and use caution as to not spread it around, just in case it's not from a droplet or something benign.
