Split Bud on Main Stalk

I have a feminized sour diesel in coco/perlite under a SE3000 in a tent. I flipped her to 12/12 about 4 weeks ago and everything is proceeding nicely. However, I noticed the "crown" bud on the main stalk is growing two heads...? I've never seen that happen before - and all the other buds look normal.

Is this a genetic thing, or a sign of something I should be looking into?

Could be foxtails formed do to light being to close?

No topping, but I wonder if it could be foxtails due to heat. This girl exploded during the flower stretch and her top is closer to the light than I would like. I'll see if I can wrangle her down to create some more room.
