HELP! Spiraling during first week?

Has any one seen this before? I'm just curious as to why it does that. There are others but she is the only one with a helix style growth. She seems to be healthy so far. Just a unique trait I would like to learn more on. Thank you

How interesting is it from a unknown bagseed it may be a duck foot strain those have a different leaf formation. I'd grow it for sure:embarassed:
