Overall plant is really healthy. These are problems on few leaves only. Thoughts? Skunk xl 14 veg week

91% ISO 50/50 with water, spray under side then top and soak it. The alcohol kills the adults on contact leaving the eggs to hatch. Respray ever other day for at least 3 treatments then watch close for the return.
If they are outside, 1500+ ladybugs would be the best.
