Spider mites

It seems I get rid of one pest another more crappy one shows up..uugghh! So I have spider mites for sure.. My plants are about a week into flowering. Is there anything I can run to Lowe's Home Depot Walmart or Target and pick up to get rid of these lil sh#ts? Thanks in advance.

Neem oil. Or insectiside. I read you will need two types (unsure how accurate) treat every 2-3 days until gone. And when you think they are gone do it again.

I only use water and alcohol 1:1 spray under and over the leaves twice a day
