Spider farmer warranty

Has anyone had any dealings with spider farmer warranty? I’ve got a light that’s having an issue and wondering what y’all’s thoughts are on dealing with them.

I have purchased a light directly from them. Service and delivery was very satisfactory. I see no reason why they would not work with you on your problem.

It depends on where you bought them. If you got them from Spider Farmer direct, there should not be a problem.

I did reach out them, actually before the original post. I was hoping to drum up any unbiased opinions. The response I got from sf was far from professional sounding. They did offer to send me a replacement part for free, but I had to pay shipping first. We went back and forth for a few emails but I don’t know, something didn’t seem/feel right so I never sent payment. Kinda disappointed, I really like their lights and the price point is great. Anyway, just thought I’d share. ✌️
