Sour Diesel auto light cycle

The girls are starting week 2 of flower. Some grow guides say switch to 12/12 for flower, while others say keep the light at 20/4. What do you experienced growers say?

Autos will work at 24/0, but IMHO they develop more aroma if given a sleep cycle like 18/6. 12/12s could slow them down

I've tried 18-6, 20-4, all i been doing the last 3-4years is 24-7, an I like it much better, and I think my autos do too.
Several different ways to do it, but autos seen to really like lots of light.

Thanks. White Widow and Amnesia Haze autos were stunted with low yield and low aroma at 12/12. That might explain it. Looks like experiment time!
