HELP! Something is wrong, any advice?

Hi, I'd like to ask for advice what exactly am I doing wrong and how to fix or save at least the plants I still can. I think it is a case of overwatering and some mold in my soil but I'd love to get a second opinion and some solutions that worked for you guys! Strain is Critical Neville Haze Auto and nearly 3 weeks have passed since germination. but lately I've been getting discoloration on the first leaves, Some leaves have dry spots, other seem to discolorate around the edges. If any further info will be needed, I'll try to add it ASAP. Thanks for any help.

Are you checking your ph every watering? A couple things i can tell from the pics is the soil looks pretty tight and if they’ve been in those small cups for 3wks the roots are in need of more room. If you moved them into a 2-3 gallon pot with some good soil that has perlite mixed in a 60/40 or 50/50 ratio that would help a lot.

I do, the Ph, seems to stay around 6.8.

Thanks for the advice, I'll repot them as soon, as possible. Do you think, that in this stage, they could be able to withstand 24hr outdoor cycle? As I can move them into my garden and put them directly into the ground (with use of better soil, of course), but I am a bit worried if they won't get cold burns or something like that. Temperatures at night drop to around 14°C.

I have a lot of experience with regular plants but not so much with autos. I’m on my 2nd auto grow and they’ve been under 20/4 light cycle since day 1 above ground. A lot of people seem to do 24x7 with autos from the start with success.
