I have been growing in coco coir and perlite 70/30 but I was wondering if I could or should add any natural soil/manure mix to that mix ?

For me its better to use only coco because i have control over the nutrients

Seems like that would be a soil grow after that. The reason to use coco is to control nutrient input.

Right.......i use coco coir to build my soil based medium i like it better than peat moss. If you want to buy some good promix soil.
