soil mix

i need a recipe for a growing soil mix. i've been able to acquire the following ingredients. potting soil; worm castings; epson salt; bone meal; blood meal; lime; perlite; vermiculite; ultimate organic pro-mix; all purpose pro-mix. if you could give the recipe in percentages that would be great as i may use different size containers. if not, by quantities to fill a 5 gal. bucket. thanks

I use 30% promix bx and 70% perlite in 5gal smart pots
All i add i​​​​​s fox farm nutes and cal mag if needed keep it simple

60%potting soil
20% perlite
10% WRM castings
10% natural soil best if it is dark it is better
Add 1/4 cup blood meal for every 5 gal
Then just add water. All your nutes are in there.

That's probably a little heavy on the worm poop. But you get the idea.
if you are starting seeds, leave an inch of straight potting soil on top for them to get started in.
