HELP! Soil Blend Help

So I’ve decided to try and put together a cheap blend that will do a decent job. After a little reading, this is what I’ve decided on:
50% Kellogg’s Organic
38% peat moss
12% perlite

What do you guys think? What could I do to amend it further without adding a lot of cost?

more perlite

25% perlite if not more. Helps with drainage and get air to the roots. I would toss some worm castings and dolomite lime in there too.
